Recommended printing parameters:
Printing temperature: 300 – 320 °C.
Bed temperature: 70-80°C.
Fan speed: 0-20%.

Carbon fibre filled nylon may wear nozzles and extruder gears. It is recommended to use hardened steel nozzles or ruby nozzles. Hardened steel extruder gears will be better.
After printing, the printed parts can be annealed, which can further improve the strength of UltraPA-CF printed parts. Annealing conditions: leave it at 80-100°C for 4-8 hours and then take it out.
The production process controls the dispersion and distribution of the reinforcing fibres in the material matrix so that the reinforcement fibres form a network skeleton structure in the material and are based on the majority of the load transmitted by the material matrix. UltraPA-CF is specially designed for the FDM3D printing process. The base material is high temperature nylon, which has the properties of low moisture absorption, high strength, high wear resistance, excellent chemical resistance and high heat resistance.

The base material of PA-CF uses a high temperature nylon, and the saturated moisture absorption rate is only one tenth of the ordinary PA6, which completely solves the defects of large changes in the mechanical properties and dimensional stability of nylon materials before and after moisture absorption.
