Lightweight PLA: PLA-LW starts to foam at a pressure temperature of 210-270°C. With a maximum foam rate of 122% (270°C), its volume increases by almost 1.2 times. The minimum extrusion rate can reach 45% to print projects with light weight and low density through active foam technology.
Foaming material: When printing the same volume model, 1 roll of PLA-LW filament corresponds to 2.2 rolls of ordinary PLA filament, the foam volume ratio can reach 220%, saving 55% material. Foaming rate and strength can be controlled by adjusting the pressure temperature.SKU: n/a -
