Feature introduction:
PAHT K7CF is a carbon fibre reinforced nylon consumable with PA6 as the base material. It has extremely high strength and rigidity. The tensile strength of the print can reach more than 100 MPa. The ideal printer and print settings can make the tensile strength of the print reach 140 MPa. The continuous use temperature can be as high as 150°C. With such excellent thermodynamic properties, the printed parts of this filament can be used instead of metal parts in many occasions, realizing the real „steel replaced by plastic“, which is lightweight by 3D printing. The better choice. It is recommended to use nozzles made of wear-resistant materials.
Why choose PAHT K7CF?
Anti-static.
Heat distortion temperature 200°C.
Carbon fibre reinforced uniform distribution.
Tensile strength > 170 (MPa).
Flexural modulus 7000 – 8000 (MPa).
Long-term use temperature 180°C.
Printing parameters:
Wire diameter: 1.75 mm
Weight: 0.5 kg
Accuracy: ±0.03 mm.
Printing temperature: 270-300°C
Platform temperature: 30-60°C
Printing speed: 40-80 mm/s
Carbon fibre filled nylon: on the basis of the performance of PA6, 15% carbon fibre with high rigidity, high strength, high rigidity, impact resistance, self-lubricating wear resistance, excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance. Compatible with most 3D printers.
Stable dimensional tolerance: minimum tolerance and low displacement for an even feed and stable prints, no clogging, extremely high success rate, resulting in printed parts with excellent surface quality and high precision.
Tangle-free and no clogging: full 1 kg 3D printer filament spool, perfect roundness and very tight diameter tolerance, does not overlap or tangle. Melts well, no cracking, no bubbles. evenly and consistently without clogging the nozzle or extruder.
Wide application: it is characterised by higher strength and rigidity, less distortion and wear resistance compared to conventional nylon filament. Suitable for strong and flexible industrial parts, prothetics, medical devices and complex costumes, etc.
Vacuum sealed packaging: Net weight: 1 kg. Filament comes in a sealed vacuum bag with a desiccant bag to keep it dry and keep dust and foreign particles away, avoid nozzle jams and maintain smooth 3D models.
